Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Metesso EOOD, trade name Marsely, bulevard Asenovgradsko shosse, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, email: hello@marsely.com) of your decision by means of a clear declaration, for example by email or post. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Voluntary Right of Return up to 30 Days

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Marsely grants a voluntary right of return up to a total of 30 days after receipt of the goods.

For returns after the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the goods must be returned unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. If the product was delivered disassembled, it must be professionally disassembled and securely packed for transport in its original delivery condition for collection. Missing parts, damages, as well as improper assembly or disassembly can lead to the rejection of the voluntary return or to a deduction corresponding to the actual reduction in value. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

Consequences of Statutory Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within the statutory withdrawal period, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day your withdrawal declaration was received by us. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been dispatched or made available for the agreed collection.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Costs and Collection

In the event of a withdrawal or a voluntary return, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Since our furniture generally cannot be returned by normal postal service, Marsely organizes the collection by a forwarding agent.

The estimated return costs are — depending on product size, number of packages and delivery country — between €99 and a maximum of €199. If the actual return costs are lower, only the lower amount will be charged. Marsely will cover costs above €199. The amount to be borne by you will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods, Marsely bears all return costs.

Packaging and Loss of Value

Even during the statutory withdrawal period, the goods must be adequately and safely packaged for return transport. You only have to compensate for a loss in value if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
